We use Postnord and Bring for deliveries. When your order is sent from our warehouse, an e-mail with shipping confirmation will be sent to the given e-mail address containing the delivery method and tracking number. The order should then reach you within 1-7 working days, depending on where you live. The order will be sent to your nearest post office or pickup locker. You will receive a notification by SMS or e-mail for the collection of your package. If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days, we ask you to contact our customer service at info@mountainworks.se. During long weekends and campaigns your order may take a few extra days. We cannot guarantee delivery time frames will be met but will do our best.
